As expected, '' ended as one humdinger of a finale. Episode 7 finally reveals the actual reason behind Faraz Hamzad hunting Dan Chase (). It wasn't revenge for taking his wife Belour (Leem Lubany), but for also taking away his daughter. Emily/Angela (Alia Shawkat) was indeed his daughter as speculated by most fans, and that theory came to be true.
Episode 6 saw losing his edge and getting some much-needed support in the end from frenemy Harold Harper (). The former agent's mission to get close to Faraz Hamzad leads him to reunite with Harper and save his daughter Emily/Angela. The latest chapter finally sees Hamzad reunite with his daughter despite Harper and Chase's attempts to rescue her. It also ends with the death of EJ Bonilla's Waters – the only casualty in the FX spy thriller so far.
