i have the kurokage stiff... it is pretty good for a stock stiff....
My golf swing needs a review. 30 years of cricket muscle memory means I dont really have a back swing.. I will get it up to about 9Oclock position and then generate all the power from there. Thinking of trying to hit a fast bowler thru the line... I can generate upwards of 95mph from there. I am trying to slow down the back swing which has helped increase the turn, but am still very whippy in the drive. However, I do get past the 250y mark in decent weather conditions and have gone past 300y when the ground is hard and running.
I am sure I can take lessons and do more exercise to change my style, but it will take me a while to get there. In the meanwhile, I think finding a shaft that suits my 'natural' game is a better approach.
