The Barksdale Defenders of Liberty Air Show is a spectacular family event featuring the U.S. Navy Blue Angels March 25-26 2023.
The nation's best civilian performers like 11-time national aerobatic champion Rob Holland, the Red Bull Air Force with Kevin Coleman, and the Aftershock Jet Fire Truck are just a few of the confirmed first-class performers.
The base will have more military tactical demonstrations to announce after December, but the bomber fly-by with the B-1, B-52, and B-2 is locked-in.
There will also be plenty of activities for the kids including an interactive STEM exhibit and more.
Admission and Parking are FREE!
Who
*Kids & Families*
Please review what's prohibited before you head to the air show.
Vehicles and persons are subject to search at any time
No weapons including but not limited to: guns, knives or blades of any length, stun guns or tasers, mace or pepper spray
No pets are permitted, other than Service Animals*
No illegal drugs including prescribed medicinal marijuana and other federally illegal substances
No drones or balloons
No frisbees, baseballs, or other sporting equipment that can be thrown
No ridable or wheeled sporting equipment (i.e. roller skates, bicycles, skateboards, golf carts, segways, hoverboards)
No glass bottles
No outside food or drinks including alcoholic beverages
No grills or devices to cook food
No beach umbrellas or tents
No large hand-carried items (i.e. backpacks, coolers, cases, etc.)
No smoking, electronic cigarettes, or tobacco products (unless in designated areas)
No laser pointers
Permitted:
Diaper bags, totes (clear plastic), and small purses (not to exceed one cubic foot) are permitted
Strollers, wheelchairs, and electric scooters (for the handicapped/elderly) are permitted
Cameras and cases are permitted but subject to search
Lawn chairs are permitted
You must take anything you brought with you away, including refuse
* Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are permitted
