NORTH VERNON, Ind. (WTHR) - A man whose body was pulled from a North Vernon lake Monday has been identified.
The body of 30-year-old Chad Stearns was found in a lake along Forest Grove Lane in Country Squire Lakes Monday evening. The coroner's office identified him on Tuesday.
State police say foul play is not suspected in Stearns' death, but they're looking to talk with anyone who had contact with Stearns in the past week. If you can help, call ISP Det. Jason Duncan at 812-689-5000.
