37 year old Poloczek was born in Poland and lived in Germany for most of his life. He began bodybuilding at the age of 16 and originally tried his hand at football. His net worth stood at $1 million with him having won the Arnold Classic Amateur in 2017.
In 2002, he entered Germany’s top-rated Powerhouse Gym business and eventually became its owner. He won his first tournament when he was 17 years old and placed second in the German Super-Heavyweight Championships in 2012.
He started having trouble in breathing, and severe health complications shortly after his participation in an event with him dying soon after. It remains to be determined though what lead to his demise and his waning health.

Sifiso sprang straight into the air and spun his body around in a spinning flip. However, he was unable to turn over and landed on his head on the mat. Before turning limp, he bounced and lunged forward. As he lay unmoving on the mat, trainers rushed over to assist him. Despite being transported to the hospital, he was pronounced dead upon arrival.
