CHARLOTTE — The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department arrested two more people suspected in street takeovers.
Jesus Garcia faces several charges including reckless driving after a takeover last weekend in the Steele Creek division.
Jakorie Wise was charged with felony flee and elude and hit-and-run for a stunt last month.
