Cristiano Ronaldo bought all of his Juventus teammates iMacs after a red card on his Champions League debut for the club.
However goalkeeper and former Arsenal man Wojciech Szczesny has revealed it took a while to receive the gift, as the Portuguese superstar 'argued' against the punishment!

Ronaldo had an evening to forget as he was given a straight red for pulling the hair of Valencia defender Jeison Murillo in his first Champions League appearance after his €100million [£88.3m] move to Italy.
The sending off - the first of his career in Europe's premier competition - reduced Ronaldo to tears.
Juve went on to win the match 2-0 anyway, but the rules under manager Massimiliano Allegri stated that following a misdemeanour such as being sent off, the perpetrator must buy every teammate a gift as an apology.
Ronaldo was initially resistant to it, as replays do suggest the decision to dismiss him was harsh.

But eventually he followed Allegri's orders and bought the rest of the squad iMac computers. Eventually...
Szczesny told Polish talk show Prosto w Szczene, per The Sun: "Yes, we all have an iMac.
"It took a very long time because he couldn't process that red card and insisted high and low that he was not doing anything wrong.
"It took him a bit, about two months of arguing, but we all have received an iMac."

CR7 was hardly the only one to fall foul of Allegri's punishment system, however, as the ex-Gunners goalkeeper was also forced to bear gifts to his teammates after being late for training.
He explained: "I thought it was Tuesday, but it turned out to be Wednesday that day.
"Allegri called me and said everyone was already there. When I arrived half an hour late on the training field, everyone said: 'oh, we're getting presents!' I ended up buying headphones for the boys."
The Juventus glovesman bought all of his teammates Dr. Dre Beats headphones as an apology.
