Gah, I loved the brother-sister fun on The Mindy Project last night--but not as much as I did the subtle Pitch Perfect tribute. (Oh, and the one to Mindy's book! Did you hear her ask if her buddies were "hanging out without me?")
But getting back to our aca-favorite movie of the year--it's killing our movie-awards voting right now, by the way--it was all over the ep last night. There was a high-stakes musical performance, Anna Camp (of course) and--say it with me--stress vomiting! (Poor Mindy. Luckily it never got to quite the spewing-point Anna's did in PP.)
But best of all, we got to see Utkarsh Ambudkar, Pitch Perfect's rapping gentleman cutie/BMOC-sidekick...
