My friend who is a low handicapper mentioned that I am cutting across myself a lot. I've always struggled with a slice, do you think I will have to re-engineer my swing to push out more?


It's either temporary or a bit ingrained.

If it's ingrained you need to get down the range and sort it out....otherwise it could get worse.

3-ball drills, in-the-slot drills, anything that gets you pushing the ball deliberately should help.

Tonight, I'm going down the range with a car washing sponge and sticking it behind the ball and outside the line to do just these drills myself.
