The answer to this seems to be no, but yes. Let me explain:
I recently purchased a Right Angle Attachment for use on my 380 but found that the spindle in the attachment was too short to reach the drive adapter on the tool. By inserting several small nuts, the ones that come with Atlas Snap Switches to change the location of the switch motor, inside the adapter I was able to move it outward on the threaded tool shaft enough to allow the spindle to reach the adapter. This works, but I have asked Dremel Support if there is some more official way to use this adapter on the Model 380. Dremel responded that the 380 is too old for special adapters etc. So my fix seems to be the best I can do, and it works.
