Ever been told to Hurry up?

I took my brother to Gog Magog golf club near me few years ago for his birthday. It has probably the two best courses around Cambridge. We paid our fees and was told to go when we were ready as it was fairly quiet. We got to the 1st tee and there was a fourball match playing the 18th green nearby.Little did we know that they had started on the 10th and were expecting to continue uninterrupted onto the 1st.When we suggested that as a two ball it would be beneficial if we went first, one member (male about 50) from the home club was not happy, though his playing partner and the other clubs duo were more than happy to let us go.We certainly felt we were being hurried along without so far hitting a ball!
Now for the good bit-my brother got on the tee and was taking some practice swings. He addressed his ball and just before he took the club away, this total prat bawled"come on."
I am usually pretty patient and tolerant, but did I want to wrap my driver round this guys neck! His playing partners were very embarrassed.
I politely requested that he refrain from making such comments and give us some respect whilst teeing off. Did not follow up with the club, but probably should have.
