Angelbreath - Can appear everywhere. No set spawns, just a low chance it will appear at any other plant spawn location.
Enemy drops: (These have low drop rates, especially Crushed Bone it seems. Elite enemies/Higher World Tiers increase drop chances.)

Crushed Bone - Animal/Beast type enemies like spiders/chargers/bears, and even werewolves.
The chests you receive from completing the Flooded Mine and Hermit’s Abode, cellars East and SW of Margrave, respectively, have a good chance of dropping Crushed Bone.
Demon's Heart - Demon enemies. Tormented Ruins in Fractured Peaks is an easy early game dungeon to get this.
Paletongue - Human enemies. Easy farming spot is Frozen Tunnel cellar south of Kyovashad.
Grave Dust - Drowned/Vampire/Zombie/Ghost/Skeleton enemies.
End game items: (Only found at WT3+. Helltide areas spawn every 75 minutes and last for 60 minutes. They turn an area of your map blood red.)

Fiend Rose - Farm Helltide areas of the map. Look for red roses with thorns and a glowing purple aura.
Forgotten Soul - Participate in Helltide events and focus on mining Screaming Hell Veins and defeating Harbingers and other Elites.
