Great Wolf Lodge is closing its resorts due to the coronavirus outbreak.

INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - Great Wolf Lodge is closing its resorts due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The resorts will close at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 15 and plan to remain closed until April 2.

"We will continue to monitor the ongoing situation and stay connected with federal and state health officials for updates," a spokesperson for the resort said in a release.

The resort said there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 confirmed at their facilities. They also noted the CDC reports that no evidence exists to show the virus can be spread through the use of pools or hot tubs.

Guest affected by the closure will receive a full refund. The company also plans to pay its employees during the closure.
