Before we start this, i have to note a few things here
First, you can start this DLC right off on hard and aim for the S ranks on hard. This will spare you a separate playthrough, true enough, but it might also somewhat spoil the experience since the game has a really good end. However, if you're just looking for a way to finish this game ASAP and don't want to bother with the story, well, start right away on hard and collect the S ranks while going for the story achievements
The boss fights are really tough and lengthy but since you got the obliterator gauge, you shouldn't have any problems. However, keep an eye on the gauge since it depletes rather fast!
Last but not least, never stay on the defense when you aim for the S ranks. Makes sure to land heavy hits as much as you can and also keep the rage meter for a few extra hits.
With that in your mind, let's start the last part of the story
ChapterIV - Nirvana
Episode 19 - One Behind the Curtain
After a rather lengthy cutscene, you will have a chance to fight the spider god now. He has a set of really annoying attacks and basically you should learn his attack patterns in order to win against him. Fill your Rage and enter his 2nd stage. Match the QuickTime events in between and finish the QuickTime events at the end to finish this battle. Upon beating the god, you will unlock the following achievement
Episode 20 - The key to victory
Another set of cutscenes here and after that it is fighting again some Ghoma. Upon activating Rage and doing some QuickTime events, you will be again prompted to fight off some Ghoma, this time as Yasha. After one more Rage attack and a few cutscenes, you will finish the episode and unlock the following.
Episode 21 - A rude Awakening
After a cutscene, you will have to battle against Yasha. After a Rage burst, you will have to fight Yasha while falling down. He always uses the same attacks so he should pose no real problems. As soon as you hit the ground you need to fight Yasha once more and as soon as you Rage attack him again you will beat him and finish the episode. This will unlock the following achievement
Episode 22 - A life well lived
Now this is it, the last battle in the whole game! Be prepared for a rather rough ride since the god won't go down that easily. After the cutscenes, shoot each target and collect anger. Activate Rage and get to the 2nd stage of the battle. Continue fighting him until he is down. As soon as you beat him and the credits roll, you will unlock the following achievements

Now the only thing left is to beat the whole DLC on hard with a S rank on each episode. Simply replay them and use the Obliterator gauge to make this as easy as possible for you. As soon as you are done, you will unlock the following and positively finish the DLC
