‘I was a fool for 39 years so my marriage would work’ – Female pastor

A pastor has taken to TikTok to advise that women reduce themselves for the sake of their marriages while sharing her own story as an example.

The woman, @pstjulie, stated that she was a “fool” in her marriage for 39 years to make her marriage work. According to her, being a fool did not mean she didn’t know her rights.

She advised women to play the fool in their marriages, be blind to unpleasant situations, imbibe the spirit of forgiveness, and avoid claiming their rights.

Many disagreed with her view, noting that it is up to both the woman and the man to make their relationship work.
