PORTOFINO, ITALY: Catherine Zeta-Jones and her husband, Michael Douglas, were recently spotted on a romantic vacation in Portofino, Italy. The couple was spotted leaving an Italian restaurant and strolling around the beautiful city.

Zeta-Jones, always known for her fashionable sense, was seen wearing a long and flowy dark purple dress, along with chic sunglasses. She completed her look with beige and black platform wedge shoes. Douglas looked dashing in a dark blue dress shirt and white pants. During their walk, the 78-year-old held the 'Wednesday' actress' hand.

Is Michael Douglas OK?

Fans saw the photos expressed concern over the appearance of Douglas' hands. Despite his age, he remains active and calls his family his greatest blessing. The couple has two children, a 22-year-old son named Dylan and a 20-year-old daughter named Carys.

An Instagram user wrote, “I don’t think he is long for this world. His hands are very purple.” When a user thought it was the shadow from Zeta-Jones' dress, another clarified writing, “Exactly. Not only PAD but look at the edema. And it’s definitely not her dress casting a shadow you can see the edema in his other hand also."

As you get older, all of a sudden, you begin to appreciate relationships, be understanding about the foibles of life, more forgiving — and you've got more time for the kids.
