Now there's a project for some creative mind. Design and build a small smoke unit that billows out black smoke when the 2-10-0 is dragging 50 loaded hoppers up the model of Horseshoe Curve. Complete with the "eau de coal" aroma. I know, dream on Mark.

Have you seen the new air fresheners, scent stories, I think. You put on a little refill and it puts out whatever smell you choose, then changes so your nose doesn’t become adjusted to one smell, that way your house always stinks. I am waiting for the model railroad version. With smells like: Hot journal grease, Alco smoke, brake smoke, hot metal, diesel fumes. We have sound systems, now we need smell systems.
