Jennifer Lawrence is, famously, a Bravo superfan, so of course she has opinions on Scandoval. Asked whom she would cast in a movie about the Vanderpump Rules drama, the actor had a razor-sharp response, as usual.
In a red-carpet interview with the Associated Press on June 21, Lawrence paused to consider the theoretical stars of Scandoval: The Movie. “Oh my God, I don’t know,” she said. “I don’t know if I hate any actors enough to want them to play [Tom] Sandoval.” Sandoval, as you probably already know, became the biggest villain in reality-television history when then girlfriend Ariana Madix discovered his full-blown affair with their costar and mutual bestie Raquel Leviss.
Lawrence has shared other Scandoval opinions in additional interviews, telling Entertainment Tonight she thought the Leviss pile-on during the reunion episode was “fair” but “a little too much” at the end. And she told Access Hollywood that the Vanderpump Rules scandal was “hard to watch” unfold and left her feeling “sick to my stomach.” Same.
She may be answering a lot of Vanderpump Rules–related questions on the red carpet, but Jennifer Lawrence is actually promoting her upcoming movie No Hard Feelings. “I do like the idea of comedy that makes people uncomfortable,” she told Entertainment Weekly in an interview about her new comedy. “I love when people are watching through their hands, through their fingers. Nothing makes me happier.”
And it sounds like that is exactly how she watched this season of Vanderpump Rules.
