Jergens Wet Skin In-Shower Moisturizer Reviews

Skin Type: Fair and sensitive, mostly due to shaving

Usual Moisturizer Routine: I normally use body oils (coconut oil lately) and apply them all the time. I apply them directly in the shower, or as soon as I exit the shower. I let them sink in and then rub in some more on my legs and problem areas (for stretch marks and cellulite) right before bed. I keep coconut oil with me at all times, even on my nightstand.

Pros: It was easy to apply, and I stayed moisturized all day, for about 10 hours.

Cons: I got dressed about five minutes after application due to being in a rush, so I'm not sure if it sunk in all the way, but for the next few hours the moisturizer felt very thick and a little sticky. Granted, it was 90 degrees and humid that day, so I can understand why. The smell (I tried the coconut) wasn't the greatest either.

Julianne's Bottom Line: I'm going to stick with coconut oil for now but try this again in the winter, when I need something a little thicker.

Skin Type: Normal to slightly dry

Usual Moisturizer Routine: I usually forget to put on moisturizer after I shower (bad, I know!).

Pros: Wet Skin felt hydrating right off the bat and absorbed quicker than I thought it would, which was nice. I still waited about 30 seconds before completely towel drying to let it soak in, though. I used the monoi oil scent, and loved the smell—very fresh and not overwhelming. My skin felt extremely soft after toweling off, and I noticed a nice glow on my shoulders.

Cons: It feels a little unusual applying lotion to wet skin instead of dry skin at first, but I want to see if that mindset changes after a few more uses.
