Kai Cenat's '7 Days In' jail stream kickstarts with potential ban from Twitch, Internet says 'they want to fake fight'

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Twitch sensation Kai Cenat is making headlines once again and this time it's with his seven-day live stream set in a simulated "jail" environment.

This comes after Kai Cenat was arrested by NYPD and now faces charges for inciting a riot, unlawful assembly, and "a few other charges" from NYPD Chief of Department Jeffrey Maddrey, according to a spokesperson.

Kai Cenat reveals Day 1 of jail stream

In the live stream, the discussion centers on a group of inmates, with rapper NLE Choppa among them, facing a range of criminal charges. Choppa is confined in a room with four others, and he is confronted with four life sentences, one for each individual.

He attempts to walk calmly but is unable to do so, and a mob of other inmates surround him to intimidate him. In the video, Cenat attempts to settle the feud but was inadvertently sucked into it.

Cenat tried to explain to the group, "Not here to fight, you can't fight, can't fight." The Twitch streamer's involvement in the fight would have resulted in his ban from the streaming app.

As soon as the 1st day of the Cenat's stream ended, X users started sharing their views on Elon Musk's owned platform. One wrote, ".... the whole thing is a skit as is, why they want to fake fight in prison?? To say they have?"

Another user dubbed the scenario as "cringe" saying, "This is cringe."

The third commentator believed the jail is fake, "Ain't even real prison and these (N-word) fighting already."

Where to watch Kai Cenat's jail stream?

Cenat is set to spend a week in an undisclosed county jail, with plans to live-stream his entire experience. The official Kai Cenat Live YouTube channel released a trailer for the event on October 25.

Cenat's 'Seven Days In' project showcases his commitment to pushing the limits of live-streaming. Several notable figures, including Druski, Offset, YourRAGE, and NLE Choppa, will make appearances during the broadcast.

The event, titled '7 Days In', will be hosted on Cenat's usual Twitch channel. The live stream is scheduled to commence on October 27 at 6 pm EST.
