Synopsis

In the earlys 90s, Roberto, an 18-year-old boy, lost in life, leaves a violent Peru to go to Montreal to live with his father, Bob Montoya, an immigrant who left the country several years ago and now has a new Canadian family. With male pride and marked by his prejudices, Bob tries hard to show his son his best version of the American dream. The reunion of father and son will be united forever by the violence they drag from their country, from which they have not been able to escape yet.
