Here’s what’s happening with the Tytalos Guardian Raid in Lost Ark, why you can’t clear it due to a certain bug, and when is the fix getting released.
Lost Ark developer Smilegate has officially communicated and explained the ongoing Tytalos Guardian Raid issue on March 12, 2022.
Right now, defeating Tytalos in the time limit of the Guardian Raid is near impossible when players are at the recommended level indicated in-game. Smilegate is working on a hotfix to solve the issue, and should nerf the Guardian Raid soon.
Lost Ark’s Tytalos Guardian Raid is getting fixed, release date
Lost Ark announced the fix will be released on Monday, March 14, 2022. Until then, the developers advised players to avoid fighting Tytalos as it would only be a waste of time and resources.
Free rewards and compesation are coming for the Tytalos Guardian Raid bug
Moreover, all players who are currently blocked from progressing as they’re unable to beat the Tytalos Guardian Raid will get some compensation later on. Smilegate will announce the details of this compensation at a later date.
Personally speaking, I believe it’s definitely commendable Smilegate addressed the issue quickly. And while it’s technically not a bug, the developers admitted their mistake of failing to properly calibrate the power level required for the Tytalos Guardian Raid.
We are aware of an issue within the Tytalos Guardian Raid and working on a hotfix we aim to release on Monday. Until then, we strongly suggest avoiding it so you do not expend valuable time or resources. Thank you for your patience.
