After graduating from high school, she attended Connecticut’s Fairfield University, where she majored in English Writing and had a dual minor in International Studies and Art History. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. She subsequently got a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counselling, specialising in childhood and adolescence.

Afterwards, she joined HBHPMK as a Public Relations Specialist in the following year. As a part of HBHPMK, Watters escorted and styled various celebrities to award ceremonies, red carpets and other events.
Her next move was to Fox News Channel in 2000. At Fox News, Watters started as a Senior Wardrobe Coordinator and held this position until 2005. In that same year, she was promoted to the channel’s Web Host role and also served as the Senior Editor and Producer of Fox News Magazine.

Jesse Watters, a prominent political commentator on Fox News, began dating Noelle Watters when they met on the sets of the popular news channel.
The couple tied the knot in 2009 and welcomed twin daughters, Ellie and Sophie, into their family on November 4, 2011.
They enjoyed spending time together at various holiday destinations across the United States.
However, their marriage hit a rough patch when Jesse Watters was caught having an extramarital affair with Emma DiGiovine, a 25-year-old associate producer at Fox News, whom he had met while working there.
Watters and DiGiovine reportedly went on a vacation together to the Caribbean in 2017 and even posted pictures on social media. When Noelle discovered the affair, she filed for divorce in October 2017.
