Nora Arnezeder was born on Monday, 8th May 1989, in Paris, France (age 32; as of 2021). She was to an Austrian father and an Egyptian mother. She has one sibling, Lea Arnezeder, who is herself an actor and director.

Later, Nora spent her early childhood with her family at Aix-en-Provence city. At the age of fourteen, she went to Bali, Indonesia, for a year.

When she was sixteen, she came back to Paris to study singing and acting at local school, Académie Internationale De La Danse Et De Théâtre, Paris. She later attended Cours Florent, Paris, to study acting, dancing, and singing.

To pursue her career in acting, she dropped out of high school. At seventeen years, she made her debut in the French TV series ‘Commissaire Valence’.

Her Father’s name is Wolfgang Arnezeder and, he is an Austrian Catholic. While her mother is Piera Schinasi, she is an Egyptian Jew. From her mother’s side, Nora is a descendant of the Sephardic Italian family that migrated to Alexandria before world war. Nora’s sister, Lea Arnezeder, is also an actress recognised for This New Generation (2015), Lilith’s Nights and The Station (2017).

Career

Before stepping into the film industry, Nora performed various stage shows and events. Keeping up with her acting skills, she made her first film debut in the French film ‘Leas Deux Mondes’ as ‘Lyri’ in 2007.

By delivering exceptional performance, Nora earned the Etoiles d’Or Award for the Best Newcomer. In this film, she performed in the song ‘ Loin de Paname’.
