According to his theory, Gear 6 would be the parallel of Gear 3 with bigger and double digits. He mentions the mirror between Gear 2 and Gear 5, as they have similar stances, changes of body, etc.

Gear 6 would need to be something that makes sense to the story, and with how broken Luffy is with Gear 5, with his only drawback being his imagination, Oda sensei would probably avoid adding a new form.
With the story approaching its climax very soon and the time duration between each transformation taken into account, it most likely won’t happen.
