Peter McMahon is a British-American businessman and entrepreneur who was born on June 6, 1954, in Blackpool, Lancashire, England. MacMahon grew up in England.
He attended St. Mary’s College in Blackpool, where he obtained a degree in business studies. After completing his undergraduate studies, McMahon went on and got a Master’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Liverpool in 1976.
The business magnate holds both American and British citizenship, obtaining his U.S. citizenship in 2006. He is of Caucasian (White) ethnicity and stands at 5 feet, 8 inches tall. His zodiac sign is Gemini.

He began his career in the UK, where he worked for Sainsbury’s as a distribution director from 1992 to 2000. During his time at Sainsbury’s, McMahon gained valuable experience in supply chain management and logistics, which would serve him well in his future roles.
In 2002, McMahon joined Tesco Plc, a British multinational grocery and general merchandise retailer headquartered in Welwyn Garden City, England. It is one of the world’s largest retailers in terms of gross revenues. While at Tesco PLC, he worked as the Director of Central Europe, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in several countries.
In 2004, he moved on to Germany’s branch of Walmart, where he served as a supervisor and director.
