Soul Calibur VI’s New Character Yoshimitsu Looks Awesome in First Screenshots

Following yesterday’s leak, and today’s reveal with the official trailer, Bandai Namco released a brand new batch of screenshots focusing on Yoshimitsu, the returning character who will join the roster of the upcoming fighting game SoulCalibur VI.

The Tekken-veteran ninja certainly looks like he can harness some rather flashy powers in the new images, and he appears not to have lost his shape. It’s certainly good to see him return in the newest incarnation of the game, alongside so many classics like Siegfried and Ivy.

You can check out the screenshots in the gallery below. If you want to see more, you can check out the official reveal trailer and screenshots for the previously-revealed Taki, the return of Siegfried, and one of the coolest guest characters ever, Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher series.

SoulCalibur VI will launch for PS4, Xbox One, and PC in 2018. If you’re interested in grabbing a copy at release, you can already pre-order the game on Amazon.
