You don't normally have any opponents in a Texas scramble. They are not played as matchplay. Nor would you have any Fellow Competitors as all the players in the group are in your team.My initial reaction but - the only person/people signing it to say it IS correct, are the players themselves - no opponents sign it !
But of course Texas (or any other) scrambles don't have any written rules unless the organising committee write some.
