It might not be the most eventful year, but it has still been quite a happening year for PlayStation fans. We did receive a few titles, and now it’s time to check how the year went. If you are wondering why you are not able to get your PlayStation Wrap Up, here is all you need to know about it.
Why is PlayStation Wrap Up Not Working And Is There A Fix?
If you are not aware of what PlayStation Wrap Up is, it is a customary stats report for players which gives players an overview of how their year went. While players are rushing to get their Wrap Up for this year, many are encountering some issues while trying to access it. Here is the error players are getting.
“Looks like we had a problem finding some of your data. PLAYSTATION 2021 Wrap-Up is only available in select locations. Users must also be 18 years or older and have more than 10 gameplay hours on PS4 and / or PS5 in 2021.”
Now it might seem that PlayStation Wrap Up is not available in your region or you are not above 18. However, that is not the case for many and they are not still able to access it. Well, it seems like the issue is from Sony’s end and if you are facing the issues, you are not alone.
If you are looking for a fix though, unfortunately, there isn’t one at the moment. In all likelihood, Sony is aware of the problem and looking into it. We should be getting a fix soon, and if you want to see your Wrap Up you can keep trying in the meantime.
